@JeromeguoSometimes the values in the "Plan Usage" section don't update automatically - try clicking the little circle arrow in the bottom right corner of the "Plan Usage" section, otherwise try the aforementioned Incognito/InPrivate mode.

Check your data usage in your phone. Input the correct calendar dates of your 30-day cycle what does the data usage say compared to your account. Do you have your data limited enabled? Is it set for a lower amount than your plan data allotment?

@Jeromeguo check your account using incognito mode. You were viewing a cached web page with inaccurate information. Your data was all used up.
