If your available balance is equal to or greater than your account cost, look for a reactivate button in My Account.
If the balance is $0, restart your device - this may reset the provisioning on your device.
If your available balance isn't enough to cover your plan, you'll need to top up, then reactivate your plan.

Do you have service ? If not try the lost phone trick and adding a manual payment.
Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have. 2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.
