Public Mobile has taken money from my account, services still suspended

Its been over 3 hours since payment was made, subscription still shows old cycle, however payment history shows the proof of payment that I had made today. I turned my phone on and off, put airplane mode on and off. When I call the 611 number it still says my account is suspended. PLEASE HELP. this is extremely urgent and its absolutely infuriating not being able to speak to a real human in real time. I need my services back on for my job. Please advise.

As you wait for CSA help, there is one old trick that might help.  In your self service account, report your phone lost/stolen.  Logout.  Log back in and report your  phone found.  That sometimes restarts the payment process in the past.

best not to submit more than 1 ticket...unless it's been 24 hours since first one. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Just rebooted, still nothing, I've been trying to get a hold of someone with no luck.

It still says my account is suspended , however payment history on my laptop and phone show proof of receipt that I have paid and so does my bank statement.

log in to your account on a laptop, but use incognito mode. It should show you your current account status. Alternative...dial 611 with your cell to hear current account status.

if still no service,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
