@4620 if you really think they are duplicated charges , not pending charge, open ticket with PM support and have them investigate further

Yes it says double charged when i looked at my bank statement.

After renew or at renew date , did you change plan immediately? When you change plan immediately PM will at once charge new plan.

@4620 both charges appear on the same date? Does PM My Account' payment history show both charged?
if just showing on credit card, one of them could be a pending charge only.
