My Visa was charged twice and I want to know how to get the refund? I got unlimited talking first and then I changed it to unlimited texting and calling. Also, I am new and I did not know. Please help!

Sorry you are having trouble, if you renewed early then you will be charged again for the new service you purchased, its smart to "post date" changes so they happen at renewal. But otherwise if its an error being charged double is not normal and only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information. Click this to send them a message
I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

You'll have to follow the instructions provided about to contact the moderators to see if they can do something for you.
Beleive it or not, you being charged again is by design. In the future, please note that any time you change a plan and make it effective immdediately, you lose whatever you paid for the plan you are coming from and any remaining time on it. To avoid this, there is an option to future-date any plan change so that in only takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
