I got a promotion notification but don't find it anymore. It was $30

I got a notification for a promotion where the $39 plan was offered for $30. I'm not sure where the notification gone, may be I archived it. How do I get it back, I need to get it for a new number.

@Sharktank, as @Meow mentioned, when you get a targeted offer by text these types of offers are exclusive for you only, other customers typically will not get them so you can't use to create another account. The other important thing to consider with Public Mobile is that if you leave a plan that you are currently on you more than likely will not be able to get it back. PM is limiting what plans a customer can choose, usually they make more expensive plans available and rarely do they offer cheaper ones

whre you saw that? was that SMS offer?

If you do not have SMS offering you that promo and/or do not see it on your account as available plans - you cannot have it.
If such offer existed it is gone now.
