My account break down of what i am paying will not load, I would like to speak to someone about my account please!!

did you try using Incognito mode to login it try using the app?
you can submit ticket with PM for help
open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You CANNOT speak with anybody from PM. No phone nor email for customer support.
If you have issue with your account you have to open a Ticket through chatbot and agent will try to assist you.
Do NOT send agent personal message as that will Significantly delay their support (if you ever get it that way).
