so your friend should send a message to Customer Support to ask to have your referral code added to her account. Tell friend to use the link provided by @slusagm to get started with messaging them. 

As early as 2 weeks ago, I received a "Cha-Ching" when a friend activated using my referral code...so they might be hit & miss on those messaging.

As I posted this morning, I've received three referrals since November of last year, two within the last two weeks and never got the "Chick Ching" text message. The only way I found out was looking at my referral list. You may wish to check that to confirm you received it. Here's the direct link.

You should have gotten a text indicating “Cha-ching! You just added to your Refer a Friend Reward-way to go. Keep referring to earn more.” but there is a glitch so you might not receive the text.

did you get the CHA-CHING notification when your friend successfully activates using your referral code ?

ask your friend if he or she get the $10 credit on My Account.  If your friend didn't have that too, your friend should be the one asking PM to check for your friend's account and for yours

if your friend got the $10 but just not you, then you would be the one opening the ticket.  

To open ticket, just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
