using your cell phone, dial 611 to hear messages about your account. Sounds like maybe your account is suspended until you pay for another 30 days of service.

You can go to Shell Gas and get Public Mobile payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account to reactivate service.

he meant a screenshot of the actual message...not your phone number.

@Srishalini  please remove your number, this is an open forum.   

your account is suspended, not your phone locked.   you need to .make a payment to resume service

@Srishalini - can you try your SIM card into another phone to see if it works?

 

Otherwise, is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
