I downloaded the public app but when I go to login the eversafe.id.telus screen is blank

I installed the sim and downloaded the app but I can't complete the set up because the login page of the app is blank.

That won't work because Public Mobile doesn't allow activations to be finished in a web browser.

maybe uninstall and reinstall and try again

or try using browser with Incognito mode
