Live chat screen doesn't fit device

Tried landscape and it doesn't work either. I'm on android. Any ideas?

Yeah your link works properly. I was trying to use the chat bubble pop up in the app

yes, it is a bot but it can help you to open ticket.

Since you cannot open it properly, you can message CS agent directly instead

i think you understand OP question was not it is "live" chat or not, he was asking how to use the full screen to use the Chatbot.  You focused on the wrong thing

@AVTIE try access the "live" chat using this link, it will open the Chatbot differently and could help

and try it on different browsers, they will render it differently and will have different result.  And which browser you are using?

That is NOT live chat!

You will be communicating with the chatbot and not live person.
if you have particular question, ask here and other customers will try to hep you out.
if your question is related to your account, refund, etc. open a ticket through chat bot. Type 'ticket' and follow prompts.

Moto stylus. I can zoom in but not out. It is actually still usable but can't see the first letters in the text entry box

what phone do you have? it is an Android, but which one?

for me, I can zoon in and zoon out the page with 2 fingers without problem, can you do the same?

if not, try on the computer instead

try using a different browser on your phone.  You can try Chrome, Edge or so
