I ordered 3 new sim card more than a while ago now and I dont have them yet. Its been more than 10 working days. How do i get in touch with someone from PM to see about my order?

HI @Bobjambon  shipping time for sim card really varies.  could be 5 days or 3 weeks

 

Open ticket with PM CS agent to confirm if the order is filled:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
