Can someone please tell me how I can get this resolved quickly. I really need my phone. I've sent an email to the moderator but nothing happened so far. This is quite frustrating!

AFAIK there are 2 possibilities of your service being completely cut off: Non-payment, or lost phone. Or the system is broken, but please do run a self-diagnosis before asking for assistance.
Also, don't you private message Moderator_Team instead of emailing? Here's how you properly Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).

Do any of your services work? Can you post a screen shot of your overview page and your payment transactions, remove personal info first, so we can better assist?
