I'm in Australia. In July 2018 I visited BC and bought a Public prepaid. I am returning to BC in Dec 2018 for a few weeks and want to use the same SIM. I can't remember the password I used and I get the error
ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled
when I try to reset it.
i currently have my Australian carrier's SIM in the phone.
help please

Your account may already canceled. That may be the reason why that you cannot login to your PM account.
You account will be suspended if you did not paid on your next renewal date.
You account will be canceled if you did not re-activate your account 90 days after account suspension.
Do you remember when did you activate your PM plan in July?

@GrahamQld, it sounds like possibly your account has been inactive for at least 90 days, and the account is disabled. If this is the case, a new sim, phone number, and a new email address will be required.
How long has it been since your last active day of service with Public Mobile?

Accounts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity (no payment). Your SIM is useless.

Did you keep your plan active for the whole time? If not I am sorry to tell you that after 90 days of suspension your account got deactivated. You will need to buy a new SIM card and create new account.
