I cant seem to log into my account

when I try and log in it wont accept my e mail address and or password that I've been using all along.

am in contact with moderator,,just try the phone thing but have forgotten my 4 digit pin number...thanks for the help

Then you will need to contact moderator.  Did you submit ticket for moderator help? 

To contact moderator:

Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: locked out of self service. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.  

 

It will take several hours for moderator to respond.  Check your private messages.  Envelope icon on upper right corner of website. 

 

You can do some basic account functions by dialing 611 on your phone.

This has been frustrating quite a few customers this week. Try the suggestions given and wait an hour to try again. If all this fails then contact the moderators as suggested by @Triguy .

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bottom right corner on the bubble.

Try a different browser or clear your browser's cache.

Also you can try through opening a tab in incognito mode.

 

You could also try the forgot password option.
