I cant recieve messages

I had not renewed my plan but renewed today and I am not able to receive any texts even 5+ hours after renewing. I am out of the country and wondering if that is the reason ? What steps should I take in order to enable this option?

if you want to just receive text from friends/family, download Fongo and use the app and the phone number assigned by the app.  Or use Whatsapp or iMessage if your friends use that

and sorry, no way to receive 2FA texts even with the mentioned app

Public Mobile  service is only available in Canada. 

Or with a plan for Canada,  Mexico and US. 

Elsewhere, it will not work. No calls or SMS.

i am in dubai, UAE so ig thats a problem. do u know if there is any way to receive messages temporarily ?

where you are at?

PM has roaming in only US and Mexico and only works if you have the proper plan or add-on.  You won't get any text in another other countries

@huzaifasohail  If you are in Can/US or MEX and have a plan that covers all 3 - you should be receiving the messages. If you are outside of those 3 Countries OR do not have a plan for US/MEX respectively, this would be the issue.   What phone model do you have and which country are you in?  Hope this helps
