I cant receive incoming calls but I can send them out.

As the title. I recently found out that I can't receive calls from my phone. Although I can make them I cannot receive any calls. I recently changed carriers to public mobile and since then I have not recieved a call since. As the sim option I chose eSIM. Please handle this error asap as I am expecting important calls.
