was it a password issue  or username? did you try Forgot password or Forgot username links there?

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Try logging into your account via the PM app. Then you can update your credit card there. If you're still having problems, you can create a ticket for help
