@lexels_pretzels As mentioned, you need to login to your account to report your phone as lost/stolen. If you can't access your account, you will need to reach out to the moderator team.

Ok that doesn't quite make sense but if you need to report your phone lost/stolen log into your self serve account. Go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service.
