Hi
I have seen that some people have had a similar problem but I have just upgraded my phone and I am having this problem. I am not sure whether it is my settings or the public mobility system. I would be interested in what areas I might investigate to see what is going on.

hi @robweir1 did you have mobile data enabled sending photos. MMS needs data on

OK. I will see if I will do that. It had worked a year ago on the same phone that I just retired and replaced. The new one will receive but not send photos. I have now switched my SIM card to my new unit so the old one is gone. I do have some data bonuses so lack of data should not be my problem. I have the $25 CAD plan as I seldom have used texting that much. It is my understanding that Texts will not even go I data is an issue? Texts seem to go through fine.

I have a Xiaomi 13C. It works fine in most regards. It does have the correct APN but other metrics I am not sure of. I am able to receive photos from my wife's iPhone.

hi @Immune iPhone is different, you don't have all the entries to update like Android. Main control for iPhone is one line and the rest is from Carrier Profile

MM problem? what phone is rhat?
start with the easy fix, make sure mobile data is turned on and try Reset All Networks
if same, please update the APN, the following entries have to be correct
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
Would like to try what you suggest but can only find APN that is set to isp.mb.com

@Immune, I found this in another Public Mobile post from quite a few years ago and it seemed to have helped the OP:
"Directly from the knowledge database....
Ensure you have the correct APN settings by visiting https://apn-canada.gishan.net/. Select the brand and model of your phone, scroll down the page and then select Public Mobile. After doing so, you will be provided with the exact APNs required for your phone on our network.
