I canceled my account half year ago but you still charge me every month

I have cancel my phone number but you still charge me $15.75 monthly through my credit card. I forgot my phone number. How to handle this issue?

how you cancel the account?

you can check with PM support agent by direct message:

you can ask PM to refund you the money as long as your account really cancelled properly, like ported out your number or you disabled the autopay on My Account
