I get messages from Public Mobile but have never been able to sign into self serve account, trouble signing in from beginning but phone is working fine, somewhere given email address Gr2, but had always used xxx@xxxx.ca?

Did you sign up your account in store or at home? If at home, you would have created a self service account when you activated your SIM. You would have choose your email address to login and a password. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password:

If you signed up instore, you will need to create your self service account for the first time to use:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/create-a-self-serve-account

@gr2 Please use the 3 dots top right of your post and edit out your email address as you're on a open public forum.
Did you create your self serve account when you activated your number? If you've forgotten your email/password then you need to send a message to moderators for a password reset either via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html or private message to Moderator_Team here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
The first option is preferred by PM for ticketing purposes, but use the other one if you run into problems with chatbot SIMon.
