Hi, I am a new public mobile user. I bought the sim card and tried to transfer my old number. I went through the process and made the payment then I am not able to sign in any more. Please help. Thanks

Hi, thanks for your reply. When Ivam trying to sign in, it taks me to the same page again and ask for username and password

Hi, thanks for your reply. I get nothing actually, just pressed transfer my number then my added my old number after that the app locked and can't sign in again

did you get past the screen about transfer phone number? if so, did you get a text from your old provider and did you reply YES?
If you got the text from the old provider and replied YES, then you can leave the My Account login on the app aside. Put in the PM sim card and see if you can make outgoing calls. And reboot every 30 mins until you receving in coming calls on your PM SIM card
If you didn't get the porting text from the old provider, I am not sure if you have complete the request of number transfer yet, you might want to message support here and confirm at which state you are at with the activation and porting. Message them here:

What kind of sign in issue(s) do you have?
You just need your email and password. You might receive security code to sign in. If it is send by SMS and phone is not working do 'resend code' and you will be offered option to receive code by email.

@SuhadOmar Is it trying to send code to the temp number ? If so try to tap resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you regain access
