I can't receive texts and calls from some numbers.

I receive from Public Mobile users, but Bell, and Rogers and who-knows what else doesn't even show a missed call.

What is going on?

My in coming calls go straight to voicemail

Do those calls go directly to voice mail or do not reach your phone at all?

Can you call them; can They receive your calls? What number do they see when you call them?

Checked that already. That is not the problem

Do you block those caller by accident?

Do you have set option on your phone to reject calls from unknown callers?

Do you see any action on the phone when one of those other provider customers calls in? Can you watch the bars and such.

@DSugg in this case, make sure no calf forwarding set incorrectly or you didn't block some numbers by mistake. 

 

Yiu can also try to reseat your s card first

Or try your PM sim on another phone to confirm it is not a device issue

 

Also try changing the preferred network type to 3G only and see if it works better

 

Once all checked and still not working , please open ticket with PM support  for further investigation

I joined recently--about two weeks ago. It doesn't work for only some numbers. I did not request porting my number to PM
