I can't receive texts and calls from some numbers.I receive from Public Mobile users, but Bell, and Rogers and who-knows what else doesn't even show a missed call.What is going on?

Checked that already. That is not the problem

I joined recently--about two weeks ago. It doesn't work for only some numbers. I did not request porting my number to PM
