After I transferred to Public Mobile. Suddenly, I can't receive incoming calls.
Is there a way to find a representative? I can't submit a ticket... I missed my medical phone call.. I can't believe what kind of issue they are having
There are a couple things you can try. First you can try resetting your network. Go to settings then general scroll down and click transfer to new iPhone or reset. Press reset network. Restart your phone and see if that works.
If it doesn’t work then you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent tell them what’s happening and ask for a network reset with the link below.
