And I don't have the "Government Alert" under notifications.
Should my SIM card from public Mobile support Government Alerts?
Could you help me resolve this issue?

Your phone might be using 3G Only at the moment
change to 4G on your phone for voice & Data
Select Settings-> Mobile Data-> Mobile Data Options-> Voice & Data
To enable 4G, select 4G

Thanks, it is iPhone 7+, btw, I was able to receive this type of alert before I transferred to Public from Freedom.
It is showing 3G.

Your PM SIM is definitely able to receive Alerts as long as it connects to the LTE network, so it's got to be some kind of issue with your phone. What kind of phone do you have? Is it WPA capable?

What is your phone? Can it connect to PM's LTE network or just the 3G?
Is your phone network set to LTE or 3G?

@Weihann , by chance are you blocking notifications on your phone? I am not sure if this is still true but last time I investigated amber alerts only work when connected to the LTE network.
Edit: Alerts only work on LTE network and WPA capable devices. No change from when I last checked.
