I can't make a local call. It says I used all minutes available, but I have a plan with unlimited calls.

Simon can't help. I checked my account. It's active, no depts. I restarted my phone. Airplane mode is off. ???

the calling with a 1 is not uncommon

but if you like, you can ask support agent to troubleshoot further

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

This isn't an acceptable answer. Rebooting hasn't worked, and I've tried so previously. Also you shouldn't have to adjust contact details to get an outgoing call! I'm just switching network it's easier.

is this about you got a message about out of minute but you have an unlimited callings on your plan?  if  so, it is a common glitch but it has an easy fix.  Usually a reboot would work.  Or try calling with and without a 1 in front of the 10 digits

This is a complete joke. I have this on two separate phones with two separate contracts with e-sims. Public mobile need to sort this out.

What plan are you on? Any plan $25+ has unlimited in/out minutes. Keep us posted if and how did you resolve it.


The customer mentioned that the plan has unlimited calling.

This quirk occasionally happens to me too. I found that if I redial my call in a few minutes...the call will go through properly.

Not sure what causes it but it's annoying when it happens alright.

What plan are you on? Any plan $25+ has unlimited in/out minutes. Keep us posted if and how did you resolve it.

Try resetting your network connections.   

Also, try removing SIM card, gently wiping contacts (with an eraser) and reinserting it.

 

Does all texting and data work?

 

Can you advise us which plan you are on?

 

Also, can you screenshot this section under your "My Data and Add-Ons" for us, please?

I would suggest dialing a 1 before the area code. That shouldn't be needed, but I would give it a try.
