I can't make calls or text

I baught a 60$ card for my phone it's supposed to be unlimited with 14 GB only my data is working can't call or receive calls it's been 3 years I've been with public never had this problem

Which plan are you on? Is it the $60 for 15GB plan. I would consider switching your plan to the new $40 plan that includes 15GB of data.  For phone calls, do they work you temporarily change your device to the 3g network?

HI @Steve20   maybe it is a problem with the 3G network?  How long you have the call problem?
