My phone number is ************.i paid my bill on June 27 2016.from today I can't make out going call.help me to solve this problem please.

At Public Mobile you have two user names:
1. your email address is your user name when you log into your self serve account
2. Nisha is your user name here at the Community forum.
We may be able to help but need more information:
a) log into your self serve account to see if it says "Active" or "Suspended"?
b) when you make a call, what happens if you just wait after hearing the "plan cannot make call"?
c) what make & model is your phone?

Can you please tell me what error message you hear when trying to make a call ? Also, are you able to receive calls?
