As it says in the title. I have internet, messaging and provincial calling on my account but can only call out. Call in, sms and mobile internet do not work. I ported my phone number from virgin mobile. My phone is unlocked. Lemme know what ya think

Send a private message to @CS_Agent right now.
Provide the phone number and all the info needed to port from Virgin.
Also provide your public mobile sim card number. Just want to provide all the info so they can go staright to fixing this.

Ah this happened two days ago so I'll contact a moderator. I did the APN stuff and no luck

Hey @Boromokott,
It takes anywhere from few minutes upto couple of hours for the number to port. In the meantime, your Virgin sim will continue to work. Virgin account will be closed automatically when the number ports to PM.

If it has been more than 2 hours, you will need help from @CS_Agent to resubmit your port request as it has failed for some reason.
