All you have to do is login to your account using a different browser in incognito mode or private mode and you'll be fine. Just try again.

did you login to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ ? do not use bookmark, just click on that link
try to press Back and try again
or try using Private/Incognito mode to login
