When I log in it shows me access unauthorized through the app and the web.
I need support to pay and keep using my phone plan with public mobile

You could also purchase a public mobile payment voucher available from many drug stores and gas stations.
You can simply apply that dialing 611 from your phone.
When having issues logging in, if you can, try doing it from a different browser/device altogether, such as laptop versus desktop versus mobile.
You may also have better success when doing so incognito or private mode.

@AAS9 close the app and/or restart your phone, and try again. I've received errors when going back to the app after some time, then I just close it and reopen it, then it is fine.
