My minor son has a watch which has phone functions but does not receive texts.
I'm trying to log on to his account to update payment details for the subscription, but it the website is forcing me to enter a 2FA code which it is sending to his device. I can't read that code because the device doesn't receive text messages.

I did get a code sent to my email, which I entered. But then it also asked for a code sent to the device. And there is no option for email. It is sending to the phone number. I've clicked on "Resend code" and it merely resends to the phone number.

you can have the code send to your email. Just click "Resend code" or "Didn't receive code" on that screen, then choose Send email there
you can also change the phone to receive the 2fa text after you logged in. Just go to Profile, Mange EverSafe ID and then change the phone number there. But the phone number must not be linked to any other PM account at this time
