I signed up yesterday and tried transferring my number. Never received any texts from my provider or public mobile about the change. I try getting into my account now and it wants me to confirm access but it won't send the code to my phone. It never sends. Please I need help even if I can get a new number or did I just waste my money on signing up?!!!

let's fix the porting issue first and you will then able to receive the code and login to My Account
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can provide you update and re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
