i can’t find the email I used for my account sign in, does anyone know how I can find it

How does clearing cache/cookies/inprivate mode help find the email registered to a public mobile account @Timer ?

use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use inPrivate mode,
go to your community email setting you will see a email maybe 99% you have same email,
My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
take that email and tried to Reset Password
you can choose either by phone or email.

Hi @joeduke10 you can try the Reset Password link and just keep trying all the email you might have used.
or open ticket with CS agent and they can find it for you or change
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

contact a cs agent so they can set up your new email

In most cases customers use the same email for PM account and Community. Thus they can get Community rewards.
Try the same email you are using to log in here - Community.
But if you used different email or cannot remember password, contact agent for assistance.
