I can't enter my account because I can't reset my password.

I've been locked out of my account since Friday morning and I just get an error message whenever I try to reset my password, I think it's because I haven't used this account a long time ago. I'm currently in Canada with no phone because of this. 

Is there any way to fix this ? I've tried contacting the mods but I didn't get a reply 😞 how long do they usually take? Last time I messaged them it was nearly immediately.

@Shiggy The moderators may take a couple of days to respond. Try the password reset using Chrome in incognito mode.

Do you mean that you have not used your PM phone service or have not logged into your account in a long time ? If you have not paid for your phone service then it will be deactivated after 90 days.

It can take 48 - 72 hours for a moderator reponse depending on workload.
