Where did you get the PM SIM?
Don’t enter your old SIM card number from another carrier like another customer tried to do to port their old number over.

@Pops24 - where and when are you receiving the issue?
If activating a public mobile sim card through the activation pages here, and you did not get to the payment section yet, back out of the tab and opening separate tab in incognito mode, then try again.

@Pops24 hi are you trying to activate an account ,is it a new sim card?how far did you get in the process?

Do you mean just activating? Or did you activate in a store some time ago and now you can't create the login account?
Are you sure it's a Public sim?
