I was late to top up my account by a week and I new payment was due on December 5th so I went out and got a 150$ in cards and topped up my account ..my plan is only 140$ and every time I got to pick a new plan the website insist that I top up my account still..can someone please try to help me out with this ..I can't call ether because the website says my account it suspended

Try this: login to your account and look at Available Funds. As lomg as that is enough for your plan, click Change Plan, pick your plan and activate now, logout and reboot your phone.
This won't work if you are trying to reactivate a grandfathered plan. In which case, click this: message to moderators and send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and the request.
