Here's what I wrote on a fb post you did... here was your answer... please help
Would love to come continue subscription but I can't get into my account for the last 3 days. I was even going to add another subscription. I would love some help with this. But I can't seem to get any. Since I have to actually log in which I can't do to submit a ticket to ask for help.

@Mel1234 your issue is that the system was unable to link your email login with your My Account. It is an easy fix for PM support, but you just need to engage support. Please message them here:

Public Mobile has changed things up a bit. If you haven't signed up on the new system, feel free to do so. If you are already signed up on the new website then go to your web browsers settings and clear your history, cookies and cache and try resigning in. Let us know if this helps.
