I bought the new iPad Air with cellular, can I activate with a Public Mobile eSIM?

The new iPad Air is eSIM-only. Can I sign up for a new Public Mobile plan on the iPad and activate with eSIM?

Here is some more information about setup for iPad.  It sometimes does involve some figuring out on customer part since iPad's can't receive phone calls/ sms texts, etc.

just download the Public Mobile app and staet subscription there, choose eSIM and follow the steps
