I bought a new mobile. but the eSim cant be moved

i bought a new I phone. I tried to mobe my esim to the new phone several times but it is not allowed from public mobile

what should I do ?

HI @laramo 

you cannot move a eSIM for free like you would have done with a physical sim card.  You will need to buy a new one for $5

So, just need to install the PM app on your new phone, login My Account and go to Subscription & Add-on page and buy a new eSIM from the bottom of the page

@laramo  you cannot transfer eSIM . You need to go into your app and go to subscription add on page . And at the bottom of that page you can buy sim option there . 

add or you can get a physical sim and sim swap the number in your my account also on profile page
