New carrier not worth it

So i moved from rogers to public mobile. Ported my number over and followed all the respondances accordingly. I cannot call out or receive texts and no data plan. I sent 3 tickets in and no response. I think i may have to run down to the mall and get a another carriere to accomodate me. Very dissapointed in this service. I meen Rogers was expensive but they would resolve issue quickly.

your old esim has been disabled and new Public Mobile sim is now set as primary ?
