I bought an E sim from public mobile on March 18, and I cancelled it on april 17 one day before ending (april 18)

But charged me $ 28.5 itmeans they overcharged me

There is no 3 day policy. Customers only need to have autopay disabled before the moment that the system tries to charge the card which only happens on the same day as the renewal.

Please remember that Public Mobile does not have monthly plans.  Your plan is 30 days long and on April 17, you were correctly charged to renew your plan as the plan had only been previously paid for up until April 16.  Unfortunately, there are no refunds.

PM has a 30 days cycle.  If you paid on March 18 first, then the cycle runs till April 16 (30 days), and PM will then charge  you on April 17. So, if you cancelled , disable Autopay on April 17, it is too late

And PM has no refund policy.  Sorry about that
