When web site asks to enter 6 digit code sent to my phone number. I do not receive the code on my messages app.

on that same screen, click Didn't receiving code? and then you will see an option Send email there, click on it

@Joys Click the option that says did not get code or hit resend code a few times . You should then get option to send code to email instead. . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you
