In addition to what Outdoorsman said, you can also click the little spinner refresh icons lower down. That also often updates the information.

@Oluwafisayomi hi see if your credit card was charged for the new plan if it was you are most likely seeing a cached version of your account clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser in secret or incognito mode , reboot and sign back in ,see if it clears up

Kind of confusing statement.
To change plan yu have 2 options: Now and On renewal date.
Autopay has nothing to do with it.
