You might wish to formally request to receive e-mail notifications from Public Mobile by asking their Customer Support Agents to ensure your e-mail address is included in any e-mail campaigns or notifications.
Reach them by the following methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

did you ever click unsubscribe to those email?
you want t start receiving those pormotional email again? you will likely need to open ticket with support and aks them to add you back
