I need to update my payment method but every time I try, it says “Oops! An error occurred, please try again later”.
I attempted to update my payment method 1 month ago and thought that something was wrong with the website. I have since tried numerous times on different devices and I keep getting the same method. Very frustrating so if someone can give me guidance, that would be appreciated.

@Ccanakis couple things to try
if that still does not work, since it has been over a month, I guess you really need to open ticket with support to sort this out
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
