Can someone please contact me as I am being double charged on my Mastercard every month

Maybe somebody else is using your card to pay for PM services?
Is amount the same every month? What your account transactions say? Do you see double charge there or only on your credit card?

Every month? did you just join for couple months? If so, do you remember if there was any activation problem and you have to re-start the activation process? I wonder if you created two accounts during the process
but first, login to My Account , check the Payment History and confirm if PM did charge you twice. It should show different transactions if they did. But be careful, PM likes to bring down a monthly renewal into 2 different lines. For example, a $25 monthly plan will be broken down into $10 and $15. This is how PM keep it's book
Also, you didn't make any plan change , did you?
And when you are in My Account, check the Available Fund to see if you extra charge is staying there. If it is there, better to leave it there to be used for next renewal
But if PM did charge you wrongly twice, and you want to have them investigate what happened, please open ticket with PM
