Hi @oobbca log in your self serve account here https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/

 

Do you see $40 in AVAILABLE FUNDS?

 

If yes, click REACTIVATE CURRENT PLAN as per image belowPlan Expired - Reactivate Current Plan - Disregard.png

 

Log out.  Delete browsing history and cache.  If needed, use a different browser and go incognito mode.  Log back in.

 @oobbca : You would see taxes charged on your payment method. You'll only see the base amount here. I imagine your payment method shows the total of 40 + taxes.

I think you need to add tax on top.  PM never show tax but they do charge you tax

Try this:

In self service choose lost/stolen. Suspend your service and then log out. Log back in after 1 minute and resume your service. Is the status Active? If yes log out and reboot your phone.

 @oobbca : Did you top-up the full amount of your plan cost? If you did this after becoming suspended then you need the full amount. Don't calculate with any rewards.
